Withdrawal

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 calendar days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 calendar days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, acquired physical possession of the product.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must fully complete the withdrawal form below and submit it via our website within this period.

After receipt of your request, you will receive further instructions for the return shipment.

The direct costs of returning the goods are borne by the consumer, unless stated otherwise.

Condition of the product

The consumer may only handle and inspect the product as would be possible in a physical shop.

If the product has been used beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning, a reduction in value may be charged.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

In accordance with Belgian and European consumer legislation, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and whose seal has been broken after delivery;
• detox products, food supplements and health products whose packaging or seal has been opened;
• products that have been wholly or partially used or consumed;
• products that cannot be resold after opening for health or safety reasons;
• personalised or custom-made products.

For SkinCura Well products, this specifically means:

• unopened and sealed products can be returned within the statutory period;
• opened, used or partially consumed detox and health products cannot be returned;
• products whose safety seal has been broken are excluded from the right of withdrawal.

Refund

After receipt and inspection of the returned products, the amount due will be refunded via the same payment method used for the original payment.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods or until the consumer has demonstrated that the goods have been returned.
